Federal incident commands are amazing operations, providing data that we can integrate into useful tools for members of the affected communities to make decisions about evacuation, livestock protection, travel, and communication. This map of the High Park wildfire emphasizes roads that the public should NOT use for the duration of the firefighting operation. By using a high quality ESRI map background and combining it with the fire perimeter and intensity information, it is easier for people to quickly understand the scope and location of this wildfire and make good decisions about it.
